The Behavioral Self-evaluations work with surveys that aim at identifying the behavioral profile of the people undergoing evaluation. One of the most used is the DISC survey and MBTI.
The Performance Evaluation measures, through indicators, the individual’s performance during a specific period of time. It is based on pre-established performance indicators that can be built together with the client, based on his or her field of work.
Other types of Evaluations of the so-called Assessments can be considered in specific projects, after a previous consultation.
